Muscles, joints and nerves work together to let us move comfortably. Long sitting hours, poor posture, inactivity and age-related changes can lead to stiffness, aches, muscle spasm and nerve-related discomfort such as tingling.
After an individual assessment, supportive approaches may include Ayurvedic Neuro Therapy, Marma Chikitsa, Acupressure and gentle Yoga Therapy for mobility and strength, along with posture and routine guidance.
Neurological symptoms need a medical diagnosis first. Sudden weakness, facial drooping, slurred speech, loss of balance or numbness on one side of the body may be a stroke — call emergency services immediately. Progressive weakness or loss of bladder/bowel control also needs urgent medical care.
Chronic stress, poor sleep, irregular meals and long screen hours affect energy, mood, weight, digestion and blood pressure. Small, consistent changes can make a real difference.
If you are experiencing persistent low mood, anxiety or thoughts of self-harm, please speak to a doctor or mental-health professional. In India you can call the Tele-MANAS helpline on 14416.
